Love Berkeley Hills Dentistry! My sister and her family have all been getting dental care at this practice for years, so when I moved to the East Bay myself, I decided to try it out. My teeth were a mess when I moved here, but now, after a crown, a filling or two, and an extraction, my teeth are totally fixed and look terrific. I’ve been so happy with Dr. Tapaltsyan and his staff’s expert treatment, super-clear communication, price transparency, flexibility, and compassion for people with dental anxiety. The neighborhood is also awesome so it’s fun to walk around or shop after an appointment. Most of all, I’m grateful for their incredibly helpful and exceptionally welcoming office staff! Note: This is a review for Berkeley Hills Dentistry on Solano Ave. Don’t mix it up with Berkeley Hills Dental Care on Woolsey St.!

Very friendly and professional staff. Dr. Tapaltsyan is a top-notch dental professional. My experience there was first-rate. I had full mouth tooth replacement with two all-on-six implant surgery. The initial operation and subsequent processes involved in delivery of my final set of teeth were well explained and very well executed. I am very, very happy with my (beautiful) new teeth, 100% satisfied. I would highly recommend Dr. Tapaltsyan to anyone considering this type of dental work. Five stars, 10/10. 100% worth it.

we just moved to the area and this was our first visit. honestly i was a little nervous but everyone was so nice right from the start. the hygienist was super gentle and explained everything she was doing without making me feel dumb. i had a filling done and it was pretty quick and i barely felt anything afterwards. the whole place has a calm vibe and the chairs are actually comfortable for once. already booked my next cleaning before i left. we finally found a dentist we actually like.

Just had part 1 of a crown installation. Incredibly competent and efficient dentist . I was out in 45 minutes, after X-rays, mold of tooth, hi tech pictures, and drilling. No pain, no swelling. I said my mantra was “easy peasy” and it was exactly that. Overall, from start to finish CSR was excellent.
